Criminal Jurisdiction: Original Jurisdiction of all the Criminal Cases exclusively triable by the Court of Sessions, as committed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate or subordinate to it, Cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Any other Criminal Cases under statutory provisions, Appellate/Revisional Court of all the subordinate Magistrates under statutory provisions, Criminal Cases required to be disposed of in the capacity of designated Court, if specified, under provision of certain Act.
District & Sessions Judge
Civil Jurisdiction: Original institution & appellate /Revisional Jurisdiction of Civil Cases, valuation up to Rs.- 05 lac, The civil cases exclusively tribunal by the District Judge under statutory provisions, Vested Jurisdiction of Moter Accident Claim tribunal, Cases under Small Cause Court Act valued above 25 thousand, Any other cases of Civil nature as provided under specific statutory provisions.
Additional District & Sessions Judge
Criminal Jurisdiction: The Criminal Cases received by transfer from Sessions Judge or Special Acts, as specified by notification
Additional District & Sessions Judge
Civil Jurisdiction: As vested in District Judge when the civil cases received by transfer.
Addl. District & Sessions Judge exercising power as Special Judge (E.C. Act).
Criminal Jurisdiction: Criminal Jurisdiction as Sessions Judge, Criminal Cases received from Sessions Judge & Cases pertaining to the offences under Section 136(4) of the Electricity Act, 2003
Family Court
Jurisdiction: Subject to the other provisions of this Act, a Family Court shall have and exercise all the jurisdiction exercisable by any district court or any subordinate civil court under any law for the time being in force in respect of suits and proceedings of the nature referred to in the explanation; and be deemed, for the purposes of exercising such jurisdiction under such law, to be a district court or, as the case may be, such subordinate civil court for the area to which the jurisdiction of the Family Court extends. Explanation: The suits and proceedings referred to in this sub-section are suits and proceedings of the following nature, namely, a suit or proceeding between the parties to a marriage for a decree of nullity of marriage (declaring the marriage to be null and void or, as the case may be, annulling the marriage) or restitution of conjugal rights or judicial separation or dissolution of marriage; a suit or proceeding for a declaration as to the validity of a marriage or as to the matrimonial status of any person; a suit or proceeding between the parties to a marriage with respect to the property of the parties or of either of them; a suit or proceeding for an order or injunction in circumstances arising out of a marital relationship; a suit or proceeding for a declaration as to the legitimacy ofany person; a suit or proceeding for maintenance; a suit or proceeding in relation to the guardianship of the person or the custody of, or access to, any minor, Subject to the other provisions of this Act, a Family Court shall also have and exercise-the jurisdiction exercisable by a Magistrate of the First Class under Chapter IX (relating to order for maintenance of wife, children and parents) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974); and such other jurisdiction as may be conferred on it by any other enactment.

Civil Jurisdiction: Suits under Small Cause Court Act in which the valued up to Rs.-25000/-.

Civil Jurisdiction: All the cases of civil nature in original civil side for unlimited valuation.

Criminal Jurisdiction: All the offences Committed in the area of entire revenue district. Appellate Court of cases under Municipalities Act
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate
Criminal Jurisdiction: Cases relating to economic offences. Criminal powers exercised by C.J.M. except Special Cases.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate
Civil Jurisdiction: As vested in Civil Judge (Senior Division) when the civil cases received are transferred for disposal
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (Railway)
Criminal Jurisdiction: Case relating to Railway Act and R.P.U.P. Act of RPF post of Dadari, Aligarh, Tundala, Firozabad, Etawa, Fafundand all criminal cases of Police Station of GRP aligarh, except under section 302,304 of IPC.
Civil Judge (J.D.) / Judicial Magistrate
Criminal Jurisdiction: Powers vested in Judicial Magistrate 1st Class under statutory provision.
