COURT AND OFFICE HOURS
In all Courts in the State of Maharashtra and Union Territories of Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa, the Court working hours shall be from 11.00 a.m. to 5.45 p.m. with 45 minutes recess from 2.00 p.m. to 2.45.
The office working hours in all Courts in the State of Maharashtra and Union Territories of Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa, shall be from 10.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. with 30 minutes recess for Staff as per the time slot to be determined by the Principal District Judges/Principal Judge of the Court.
In the District Courts and Courts under their control, in the State of Goa, the Court working hours shall be from 10.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with one and half hours recess from 1.00 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.
The office working hours in the District Courts and Courts under their control in the State of Goa, shall be from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with one hour recess from 1.00 to 2.00 p.m.
The Class IV employees in all Courts in the State of Maharashtra and union Territories of Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Silvassa shall work from 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. and in all Courts in the State of Goa shall work from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
